To help with grip when handling the additional power of the gun’s 10 mm Auto chambering, the Tisas 1911 D10’s frame has an undercut trigger guard and 25 LPI checkering on the frontstrap and mainspring housing. A bilateral thumb safety and a set of textured G10 grips are also included with the firearm.

The top of the D10 has a slide with a black finish that contrasts with the stainless steel frame. The slide has front and rear cocking serrations, an LPA Bomar adjustable rear sight, and a black front sight with serrations. The gun also has a three-hole trigger, a skeletonized hammer, and a flared and lowered ejection port.

The pistol is built on the Series 70 operating system for an improved trigger pull, and the gun ships with two eight-round magazines.

Each Tisas 1911 D10 ships in a lockable, waterproof hard case.
